The Rotary Club of Swaffham is holding a charity Christmas Fayre in the Assembly Rooms on November 29 from 9am to 1pm.

Thirty charity organisations in the area have been asked if they want to take a stall to raise funds or public awareness. There will be no charge for any charity taking a stall.

One of the aims of the day is for the Rotary Club to forge links with charities, so it can better understand the needs of organisations, with a view to possibly offering help.

Charities are being asked to talk to club members about how Rotary might be able to assist.
