Pupils from Hamond's High School in Swaffham are putting their best foot forward as they prepare to dance the night away during two live shows later this week.
Under the watchful eye of members of the Jiving Lindy Hoppers professional dance troop youngsters have been rehearsing a routine to wow the crowds when the hoppers put on two performances at the school tomorrow and Friday.
During the course of this week all year seven pupils will get a taste of modern dance during lesson time workshops and older children are staying back after school to practice for the two evening performances.
Trudy Welham, who is co-ordinating the event, said: “We have 99 students who are going to perform in the show and they are giving up their evenings to come to rehearsals.
“This will be the 15th time the Jiving Lindy Hoppers have come to the school and there are children who sign up every year and younger children are also anxious to get involved.”
Tickets for the two live evening shows cost £7 and are available by calling the school on 01760 721480.
