A WATTON woman is starting Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club classes throughout West Norfolk with the aim of helping hundreds of members to slim down and shape up.
From March 31, Rachel Fox will run classes at various venues including Watton, Dereham, Attleborough and Wymondham.
Rachel herself used to be a plump child and was used to the boys at school calling her names.
“I always enjoyed my food, especially biscuits and cakes. My mum always cooked healthy meals but in addition I would fill up on the wrong kinds of foods. By the time I was 17 I was 15 stone. I went on holiday abroad with my sister and couldn't believe how I looked when I saw the holiday snaps. I vowed to change my eating habits and slim down.”
At 19 she went through a difficult time in her personal life when food became unimportant to her and the pounds fell off.
Over the years her weight has gone up and down but after joining a gym she realised the importance of fitness and is now keen to help others in their battles to lose weight.
