Watton United will be looking to return to winning ways when they resume their Anglian Combination Division One campaign on Saturday.

The newly promoted side, who had a weekend off after their 5-0 drubbing at St Andrews on September 23, are now 10th in the table after taking seven points from six games.

They visit Loddon United, who have lost five out six so far, at the weekend.

Meanwhile former Watton Juniors player Alfie Reeve has been awarded a year's contract with Norwich City's Under-9 Academy squad.

Alfie impressed so much in his first season that he was made the South Norfolk's U7 player of the year. At the age of eight he then moved on to play for a successful Swanton Morley team. During those two seasons he was watched by the Canaries who invited him to train at their Player Development Centre and also at Colney Academy, culminating in him being handed a chance to impress.
