WATTON first team have finally put a disappointing winter season behind them when they followed up the previous week's win against Cromer with another impressive home performance against Barnham Broom 2.

Ian Thompson, Steve Rudd and Jonathan Pearson were all comfortable 3-0 straight-game winners.
First-string Simon Howling dropped a game but came through 3-1.
Overall, it was a 16-1 victory with Watton heading the Division One A table.

First-string Paul Goodchild was below his best against a fired-up opponent who took full advantage with Paul losing 9-7, 9-2, 9-7 in straight games.
Overall, a 10-10 draw.
