John Needham won a close first game 9-7 before losing the next two 9-2 9-5.
John took the fourth 9-5 and saved two match points while nicking the decider 10-8 to come through 3-2.
Kevin Blake cruised the first 9-5 before loss of concentration cost him the next 9-4.
Kev stepped up a gear, taking the next two 9-3 9-6 to win 3-1.
Tim Perry was ruthless throughout in a 9-0 9-0 9-2 straight-game victory.
First-string Martin Guppy started slowly, losing the first two games 9-5 9-6. He fought back admirably taking the next two 9-3 9-3. He also dominated the fifth, also taking it 9-3, to come through 3-2.
Overall during the summer season Watton achieved a match average of 13 points, winning nine of their fixtures with one draw and only two defeats.
