Watton Bowls Club travelled to Bradenham for the annual game against Bradenham - for the Ashby Shield. The second part of the game is to be played when Bradenham travel to Watton.
The first game was a decisive win for Bradenham with 112 shots to Watton's 36, giving Bradenham a 76-shot lead. So Watton have everything to play for to gain the lead and the shield from Bradenham. This exciting game will take place tomorrow at 2.30pm.
On Saturday, the Watton Bowls Club finals will be played, firstly the ladies' and gents' singles at 11am and after lunch at 2pm the four- wood pairs. On Sunday, at 11am, the two-wood pairs will be followed after lunch at 2pm by the club triples.
