Relegation is looking certain for Swaffham after losing their bottom-of-the-table clash with Woodbridge.

Woodbridge won 13-10 at North Pickenham Road on Saturday, cutting Swaffham eight points adrift at the foot of the Greene King IPA Eastern Counties One table.

There was better news for the seconds, with the Pedlars winning their top-of-the-table clash 24-15 at Thetford seconds to move nine points clear at the top.

The firsts return to action on February 21 when they travel to seventh-placed Wisbech.
