Following the torrential rain storm on Referendum Day, when Richmond Park Golf Club was flooded and bridges damaged or entirely washed away, the course understandably was closed for some time.
However, on Monday, with the flood water subsided and a temporary bridge in place, the Ladies of Richmond Park were able to play their annual 18-hole Stableford trophy competition for the Secretary's Salver.
Results: 1 Julie Ellis (32 points), 2 Margaret Taylor (28), 3 Jeanette Fowler (27).
