On November 3 there was an annual meeting at Richmond Park Golf Club which there was a good turnout of members followed by the new captain's Rosie Sutterby drive-in.

On November 3 there was an annual meeting at Richmond Park Golf Club which there was a good turnout of members followed by the new captain's Rosie Sutterby drive-in.

She drove a creditable 133 yards and then played a nine-hole Texas Scramble in teams of three, which was won by Ann Bell, Mary Wakeford and Dylis Gibbs (29.2). Second was Anne Bayes, Yvonne Shaw and Anne Long (31).

On October 27 a game of two halves was played.

Results: 1 Chris Whyatt (24), 2 Barbara Coverdale (25), 3 Ann Bell (27), 4 Mabel Curtis (27).
