Blessed with a near-perfect day, warm for the time of year and little wind, the finishing times were similar to mid-season efforts.
Sam Barker (riding for Planet X), was over the moon with his winning time of 20 minutes 58 seconds, well over a minute faster than his nearest rival N Hornett (CK Aarhus Denmark), who recorded 22:15.
Clive Ling's (Diss and District CC) time of 22:32 won him third prize and, together with his club-mates T Fitzpatrick and P White, collected the team award with an aggregate time of 1-13:18.
Four Breckland riders competing were Nick Parravani, who was timed at 25:42, Keith Grasby 26:13, Myles Lubbock 26:55 and Tony Reynolds 27:58.
The only tandem in the field, Breckland's duo of Bobby De'ath and Iain Dawson, finished with a time of 22:34.
For those preparing for the new racing season, training sessions based at Scoulton Village Hall start on Saturday, February 2, then weekly from 2-4pm.
