Derby honours between hosts Swaffham and Fakenham ended even on Tuesday.

All four goals came in the opening 22 minutes, the Pedlars twice coming from behind.

The Ghosts took an eighth-minute lead when a corner was cleared as far as Karl Pask on the edge of the area, from where he rifled home.

Two minutes later a corner led to Paul Shafer equalising from close range.

Pask restored the Ghosts' lead after 17 minutes, hooking a shot home from the left of the area into the far right of the goal.

But in the 22nd minute the visitors' defence stood watching from a throw-in and David Weaver-Pope ran through unchallenged to equalise for the Pedlars.

In the second half, Fakenham saw Jason Day's shot from distance tipped over the bar by Lee Brookes, and Pask went within a whisker of completing his hat-trick, hitting a post at the end of one of the moves of the match. Swaffham, too, had chances in an open game.

Swaffham: Brookes, Russell, Seaman, Spalding, Plumb, Spendlow, Weaver-Pope, Hunter, Norman, Shafer, Howling. Subs: Hemeter, Aspery, Hockton, Titmarsh, Polski.

On Saturday, Swaffham visit Long Melford.
