Carlisle claimed their second win of their Enterprise National League campaign as they ran out 4-2 winners over Scunthorpe at Brunton Park.
Miguel Azeez’s seventh-minute strike was cancelled out by Jordan Richards but the hosts took command before the break with further goals from Regan Linney and Josh Williams.
Substitute Junior Luamba made victory all but certain with a deflected strike in the 68th minute, moments after coming off the bench.
Ross Barrows pulled one back for the visitors six minutes from time in an eventful finish but it was to prove no more than consolation.
