WATTON Ladies first team travelled to Norwich Dragons II this weekend and secured another convincing hockey win with a confident team performance.

There were two goals in the first half from player-of-the-match Charlotte Paine.

Norwich Dragons replied 10 minutes into the second half with a goal from a penalty corner but another goal from Paine within a minute ensured Watton kept their two-goal cushion.

Despite losing a defender early in the game due to a head injury Watton remained strong at the back and constant pressure meant that they finished the game 5-1 with further goals from Charlotte Paine and Lauren Eyles to seal the win.
