Air Ambulance.
A total 164 players, in teams of four, enjoyed a fantastic round of competition golf in perfect golfing weather on a course in fine condition.
Teams competed for the three main prizes of specially engraved glassware; and in addition, there were separate prizes for each of the 18 holes as well as a tricky putting competition.
Several holes were sponsored by local companies, some of whom entered teams in the main golfing competition. In addition to the golf there were individual cash donations, a prize raffle and a silent auction for free rounds of golf.
Winners of the team prize were Three Gert Pasties and a Pixie consisting of Andy Dunn, Barry Brackenborough, Trevor Goodwin and Jim Sandford (pictured).
The combination of activities raised in excess of 5,000 and Engwell thanks all participants, sponsors, corporate and individual sponsors, club staff and members for their tremendous support on this special day.
