Battles at Richmond Park
Forty members of Richmond Park took part in the first seniors competition of the year, a team stableford. The winners were John Crowdy, Ken Shaw, Colin Stammers, Peter Ford with 89 points and second were Roy Skeldon, Jeff Sutton, Tony Fowler and Mike Littleproud with 87.

Third were Glyn Long, Doug Atkins, George Travi and Roy Bruce with 83.
A captain versus vice-captain, two-day team competition for the Ryder CAP Trophy, was held recently.
Results: First day, 11 four balls, captain won 6-5; second day, 22 singles, captain won 12-10.
Congratulations to captain Mike Hosier on his team's 18-15 win.
