Both Swaffham sides were in action again at the weekend and both suffered defeats.
The first XV travelled to Norwich Medics with a weakened side and lost 39-26, but did collect a try bonus point, while the seconds were beaten 52-7 by Thetford II.
It looked at one point as if Swaffham would struggle to get a side together, but Watton, whose game against West Norfolk II was cancelled, sent a group of players to make up the numbers.
Earlier this month an All Stars XV was put together by Tom Murray to play the current Swaffham side in aid of the Norfolk Hospice and over £800 was raised. Swaffham won the match 30-14.
Peter Harris is currently on a week long walk from Swaffham to Great Yarmouth in aid of Swaffham and Litcham Home Hospice, which, for someone in their 70s, is quite a feat. Peter is being transported to a daily starting point from which he hopes to complete 12 to 18 miles each day.
