Vicky Pothecary and David Heron each joined Bowes of Norfolk in 1983 and have since worked their way up the professional ladder.
Mrs Pothecary initially worked on the shop floor in the primal packing department. She later became a team leader and subsequently a planner in 2004. She has chosen a golden bracelet set with garnets for her long-service award.
Mr Heron worked in an indoor pig unit in charge of the farrowing area until two years ago - when he moved to manage the gilt mating unit. He has chosen a set of three silver/enamel pigs.
