The windows of a property in Swaffham were smashed over the weekend in what is believed to be an attempted burglary.

The police are now appealing for any information on the incident, which occurred on Kendle Road between 9pm and 10pm on Sunday.

Nothing was stolen during the incident.

Officers are asking that anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area during those times to contact police. They would particularly like to hear from anyone who saw a group of up to three males acting suspiciously in the area at around the time of the incident.

Anyone with information should contact DC Matt McKay at Thetford CID on 101.

Alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
