Watton Town Council's budget will be discussed by its members at a full meeting this month.
Residents can attend the public debate, which will be held in the ground floor room of Wayland Hall, where the luncheon club used to meet, from 7pm on Tuesday, January 15.
The proposal for this year and next year includes 20,000 for Christmas lights, which did not feature in the town last Christmas because of a lack of volunteers for the lighting and market committee.
Councillors also agreed at the last full meeting that the lights should be hired instead of bought so they can be changed each year.
It was also agreed at the last meeting that 3,500 should also be added to the budget proposal so the town clock can be maintained, repaired and serviced.
