A TOWN centre pub which reopened in December after closing nearly 10 months ago is asking to change its licensing hours.
The White Hart in Swaffham's market place shut in March after it was repossessed by the landlord.
Criterion Asset Management, the company that owns the building, leased it to Bradford registered Inns2BInn, who now want to vary the opening hours of the pub.
They have applied for permission to vary its hours for selling drink, playing live and recorded music and provision of facilities for dancing from its current 10pm to 12 midnight Sundays to Thursdays inclusive and from 10pm to 1am on the following day on Fridays and Saturdays.
The variation application also asks for permission to allow the performance of dancing and anything of a similar description between the same times.
The application also requests the extension of closing times to 30 minutes after the permitted sale of alcohol.
