Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel was due to be performed at Hamond's High School in Swaffham from Wednesday until tomorrow.
But because of internal problems, members of the Swaffham Players had to cancel the performance.
“We are very disappointed that this action had to be taken,” said Christina Smith from the amateur group.
“We put on small shows throughout the year which are highly popular. We would like to express our grateful thanks to our members and friends for their continued support.”
