Anybody in need of spicing up their lives can attend a special walk and talk in the picturesque surroundings of Castle Acre Priory.
The event organised by English Heritage at the end of August will offer demonstrations of traditional herb preparations and a chance to make some harvest crafts.
The event will be held in the re-created mediaeval herb garden on Saturday, August 30 and Sunday, August 31 August from 1pm. Normal admission charges apply with English Heritage members free.
