Eddie and Kaye McKnight have put up a reward of £5,000 for information leading to the safe return of the dogs. They are a Golden Cocker Spaniel called Goldie, aged 15 months, and Elgin, a Hungarian Wire-Haired Vizla aged 20 months.

Mr McKnight said that dogs were precious to them. “The dogs mean everything to us and you can't put a price on them,” said Mr McKnight.
