Girls Allowed in Plowright Place will sell ex chain store clothes, shoes, handbags and accessories for girls and women.
Barry Cox and his daughter Lucy will run the shop, and the items will have brand names such as Jane Norman, New Look and River Island.
Lucy's mum Lyn Birch - who will help out at the shop - said: 'It's going to be very girly and nice and pink and trendy. We like Swaffham and the people are friendly and we feel part of the community.'
