A WOMAN moped rider was thrown from her vehicle and in to a field after a crash with a car.
The 24-year-old was travelling in Saham Toney, near Watton, when the collision happened with a Vauxhall Zafira at the junction of Watton Road and Pages Lane.
It occurred at about 2pm on Friday and the moped rider suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Police want to hear from anyone who saw the crash or the manner of driving of either vehicle beforehand.
