A man in his 40s suffered burns when a blaze broke out at an industrial estate in Swaffham.
Fire crews from Swaffham and Great Massingham were called to a unit in Brocks Road, on the EcoTech Business Park, at 1.40pm today. (Thursday).
The man was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn with flash burns to his arms.
His condition is not thought to be serious.
