Police are continuing to gather evidence into the death of two men last summer.

Adam Millikin, 33, of Goose Green, Ashill, between Watton and Swaffham, died at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital on August 22 last year.

An inquest review held in Norwich on Wednesday, April 3 heard how a full hearing is yet to take place as police are still investigating the incident and another review was scheduled for July 3.

The preliminary medical findings are that Mr Millikin died due to serotonin syndrome with cardiac arrest due to ingestion of MDMA and cocaine.

On September 17, 2018, Craig Cooke, 27, of Burnham Avenue, King's Lynn, was a passenger in a road traffic accident on Castle Rising Road in King's Lynn. Mr Cooke was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge where he later died of his injuries on September 22.

An inquest review, held in Norwich on the same day stated the police are still gathering evidence and investigations are ongoing. No date has yet been set for the next review.
