A day of free blood pressure measuring will be held in Swaffham Market Place on Saturday, April 26.
Swaffham Rotary Club and the Stroke Association are working together to encourage more than 3,000 people to have their blood pressure taken.
Dermot Impson of Swaffham Rotary Club said: “High blood pressure is the single biggest risk factor for strokes. We hope local residents will stop our caravan and have their blood pressure measured.
“It will only take a few minutes but could help save lives.”
The caravan will be in the market place from 9am to 3pm.
