Passport 2 Care, available in Swaffham from September, will give carers recognition of their ability to care and demonstrate that they have relevant formal care training.

The Norfolk County Council initiative will give carers the opportunity to complete a full Level 1 Health and Social Care Award, optional Food Hygiene and First Aid Certificate plus help with English and Maths if needed. All of this can be achieved in under a year.

Each session provides a social, interactive and enjoyable learning environment with a chance to meet new friends. Full support will be given to all delegates whether they have studied before or not.
