Mr Rix will be offering his latest book The Day the Ravens Died for £10 on Saturday, April 3 with £5 going to the Sue Ryder charity.

Mr Rix, who writes under the name Timothy Pilgrim, comes from Narborough and will be at the Sue Ryder charity shop in Swaffham from 10.30am onwards.

“I have done quite a lot of book signings in other areas but this is the first in my own patch,” he said. “The book is doing as well as any other thriller at the moment and I have another book due out in the next month.”
