Breckland Police have arrested a man who was brandishing a large knife in Swaffham for a number of offences including possession of cannabis.

The man was arrested for affray and drug possession whilst waving a knife, with a blade over five inches long.

Following the arrest Police tweeted a picture of the knife alongside a ruler.

The man is currently being held in custody whilst police investigate the incident further.
