Two people are in hospital following a blaze at an outbuilding.
Emergency services were called to a property fire in Hillside in Swaffham at 12.41pm on Friday.
A spokesman for Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said crews from Swaffham, Dereham and Methwold attended alongside police, an ambulance and an ambulance officer vehicle.
Two people were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further treatment.
A road closure was put in place at North Pickenham Road during the incident.
A spokesman for the fire service said the fire was put out just before 2pm.
