A major road was blocked following a two-vehicle crash.
The incident happened on the A1075 Thetford Road in Griston at around 12.20pm.
Fire, police and ambulance crews were at the scene.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary said there is a heavy traffic build-up and drivers are being turned away.
The police spokeswoman also said it is believed that injuries are minor, but the East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted.
