A body has been found during the search for a missing man who had links to Norfolk after a two-month long search.

Concerns were raised for Lewis Winter from Eye in Cambridgeshire who was last seen on July 4, but was only reported missing on July 16.

Norfolk Constabulary shared the appeal earlier this month as Mr Winter had links to Swaffham.

Police in Cambridgeshire said a body was found in fields off Eyebury Road, near Peterborough, on Friday.

It is believed to be that of the missing 25-year-old.

A spokesman for the force said that the death is being treated as unexplained at this time.
