1) Plans revealed for new dog walking field off the A47
A paddock off the A47 near King's Lynn could become a private dog walking field.
Plans have been drawn up to turn the field at Tilney All Saints into a secure, bookable dog exercise area for public use.
Planning papers say the two-acre site at Islington Hall would be fenced off to allow owners to exercise their pets safely in a fully enclosed space.
A planning statement said it would be "an asset for the wider community" who would be able to book sessions during daylight house seven days a week.
The site is currently screened by trees, and no floodlighting is proposed, to limit the visual impact and preserve the character of the area.
The field would be available for exclusive use by one booking at a time, with each session limited to one family and between one and four dogs.
2) 'Ageing' bungalow in market town could be replaced with new 'high-quality' home
An "ageing" bungalow in a market town could be demolished and replaced with a new "high quality" home.
Plans have been put forward by Dempsey Property for the development on the Drift in Fakenham.
The current property on the land has been described as "not fit for renovation" due to the large amounts of asbestos.
The proposed home will be larger in size and feature three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, study, and utility room.
A garage and rear garden has also been planned for the development, along with additional on-site parking and turning spaces.
3) Developers submit revised plans for 319 homes at Beeston Park
Revised plans for another phase of Beeston Park have been submitted after authorities raised concerns about the proposals.
Developers Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes are waiting for the green light to build phase 3A - a scheme of 319 homes - on land off Wroxham Road in Sprowston.
Their application forms part of a massive development, which will provide up to 3,520 homes across land north of Sprowston and Old Catton.
Carter Jonas, acting for the developers, said several meetings have taken place with authorities consulting on the plans, following requests for further information.
One issue, for example, was raised by Norfolk County Council's Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA), who objected to the original 319-home scheme.
Officers said that in order to overturn their objection, the developers would need to submit a more "detailed surface water drainage strategy".

4) New 24/7 gym could be coming to seaside town in Norfolk
The UK’s largest gym operator could be opening a studio in one of the county’s favourite coastal towns.
PureGym has put forward an application for North Norfolk Retail Park in Cromer, off Holt Road.
The application, submitted to North Norfolk District Council, seeks permission to widen the range of goods sold from the unit.
Memberships for the 24/7 gym start at £17.99 per month and it also offers access to gyms across the UK.
Cromer has two other gyms - Cromer Academy Gym and Sports Centre, and Olympus Gym/FFMA.
5) Plans for new FIFA-quality sports pitch at Norfolk school
A Norfolk school could be set to get a new floodlit FIFA-quality sports pitch.
Plans for the new pitch at Hewett Academy have been submitted to Norwich City Council.
It would meet World Rugby standards and FIFA quality requirements, with markings for both rugby and football.
The facility would be used by both pupils and hired by sports teams.
Eight floodlight columns, each 15 metres high, would be installed around the pitch, with four on each side.
The school would have use of the site from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and private bookings could continue until 9pm, while weekend and school holiday use would be from 9am to 9pm.
