Petrol prices are continuing to rise as the conflict in the Middle East ploughs on.
A few weeks ago, Edmund King, president of the AA, called the increase "inevitable" - and he has largely been proven right.
The price of oil surged another 5pc to more than $108 a barrel on international markets on Wednesday.
