WATTON Cricket Club begin their pre-season nets practices this weekend hoping to get in tune for the forthcoming new season. This year Watton are entering competitive teams in both the Norfolk Cricket League (Saturdays) and the Mid-Norfolk Cricket League (Sundays) for the first time ever.
WATTON Cricket Club begin their pre-season nets practices this weekend hoping to get in tune for the forthcoming new season.
This year Watton are entering competitive teams in both the Norfolk Cricket League (Saturdays) and the Mid-Norfolk Cricket League (Sundays) for the first time ever.
The club is looking to build on their recent success hoping to win a third straight title in the Saturday league.
Nets practice will run every Sunday evening from 7 to 9pm in Watton Sports Centre Hall.
They would warmly welcome all new players of any age or ability.
The club is looking for sponsorship to help fund improvements to equipment and facilities and would welcome interest from any local businesses. Opportunities range from sponsoring match day balls to kit or website sponsorship.
