Thetford AC runners take on the Bure Valley Railway

Several Thetford AC members took part in Sunday’s ‘Chase the Train’ race, an 8.9 mile run alongside the Bure Valley Railway from Aylsham to Wroxham which attracted 85 runners. Spectators were able to cheer the runners from the train, and all runners had a free ride back.

Results: Male: 25 Tony Cantle 1-05:40, 30 Cliff Lear 1-07:56, 49 Paul Bingham 1-18:13. Female: 2 Stacey Owen 1-06:02, 13 Lyn Studman 1-17:31, 15 Gill Paremain 1-20:23, 18 Allison West 1-25:50.
