A lawn mower and a tractor have been stolen from Saham Toney Social Club, near Watton.

Police confirmed they are investigating a burglary at the club, on Pages Lane, which is also home to a cricket and rugby club.

A spokesman for Norfolk Police said: “We’re investigating a burglary at Saham Toney Social Club, on Pages Lane, which happened sometime between 4pm on Wednesday, October 24 and midday on Thursday, October 25.

“Suspects broke into outbuildings and stole a John Deere ride on lawn mower and a John Deere tractor.”

She added: “Police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information concerning those responsible. Call police on 101 quoting CAD reference 144 of Thursday, October 25.”
