Appeal for volunteer dog walker to help elderly Watton resident care for beloved pet

An appeal has been launched to find a kind-hearted volunteer dog walker to help an elderly Watton resident care for their pet.
The Cinnamon Trust helps the elderly and terminally ill and their pets, and volunteers can help to keep owner and animal together by walking a dog, fostering pets during hospital stays or cleaning out a bird cage.
The charity said it has a shortage of volunteers in Watton to help walk a 10-year-old cross breed, and appealed for people who could spare at least an hour a week to improve the dog’s quality of life and give the own peace of mind.
